The Mount Holyoke College Alumnae Association respects the privacy of all users of the Alumnae Association Web site. Users of Alumnae Online Services, for instance, volunteer personal contact information to the Alumnae Association and subsequently may receive occasional electronic mailings from the Association only.

The Mount Holyoke College Alumnae Association makes available alumnae address, phone and e-mail contact information exclusively to the Mount Holyoke College alumnae community via a password-protected log-in. (Through the Hide Information option, you may limit the information that appears in the Online Directory.) The Alumnae Association will not sell or provide personally identifiable information to any outside parties, including commercial or nonprofit organizations.

The Mount Holyoke College Alumnae Association has taken substantial precautions to ensure security for users of online services. Please be aware, however, that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed secure. Consequently, the Alumnae Association cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information that you transmit or provide to the Association.
