Important note: Symposium registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. You will need to book hotel accommodations separately.
Symposium registration fees
We are keeping the fee structure simple and offering only one three-day weekend package for everyone, which includes all program events on Friday, September 20, to noon on Sunday, September 22, 2013. Meals include Friday evening dinner, Saturday lunch, and Saturday evening gala with cocktails and dinner.
- Three-day weekend package for alumnae who graduated in 2003 or before: 160 euro*
- Three-day weekend package for alumnae who graduated in 2004 or after (within the last ten years) as well as students: 110 euro*
- Three-day weekend package for guests of alumnae, MHC faculty and staff: 160 euro*
* Registration fee increases by 50 euro after August 1, 2013.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit Card Security Code from the back of the credit card is required to complete registration.
A fee of 20 euro will be charged on cancellations prior to July 1, 2013. From July 1 to August 15, 2013, a fee of 50% will be charged on cancellations. After August 15, 2013, no refunds will be given.
The European Alumnae Council is able to offer Symposium registration fees for a limited number of alumnae who may not be able to attend otherwise due to financial hardship. The Financial Assistance covers the registration fee only. The alumna would still be responsible for her own travel and accommodation.
Requests for a Financial Assistance Application Form should be made to the European Council at email@example.com. Completed forms will be treated in strict confidence. Please mark email requests “Warsaw Financial Assistance.”
Please note: Young alumnae should take into consideration that they are already being awarded a discount of 50 euro. Financial assistance is for extraordinary circumstances only.
