"How to Get out of a Car That's Hanging over a Cliff" is the title of just one of many different practical how-to articles on wikiHow, an online collaborative how-to manual that anyone can write or edit. Where else would you find this information? The articles follow an easy to follow step-by-step format with additional tips, warnings, and links to related how-to articles.
The site covers a wide variety of categories and comes in a variety of languages. All articles can be commented on and the page revisions are easily viewed via the history tab. There are over 18,546 articles. The wiki software is based on Mediawiki, the same software that powers Wikipedia.
