How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information via the online directory. You must register to access the directory. If you would prefer not to register, please email your updated information to Alumnae Information Servicesor call (413) 538-2303.

How do I register for the Association's online services?

You are automatically given the opportunity to register, if you haven’t already, when you try to access any password-protected online service. To register, you will need to obtain a security ID, which can be found on the address label of your latest Alumnae Quarterly magazine. You can also submit a request formor call (413) 538-2303 to obtain your security ID. Once you have your ID, go toalumnae.mtholyoke.edu/directory.

Follow the registration steps:

Step 1 will allow you to search for your record. All fields are required. If you are having trouble finding your record, email ais@mtholyoke.edu or call (413) 538-2303.

Step 2 will ask you to confirm your email address, create a username and password, and set up a security question and answer. You must agree to the terms and conditions of use by checking the “ box. Be sure to click the “Register my account” button in order to fully complete the registration process. If you do not click this button, you will not be registered. If you have previously registered on our website, you will be directed to a link to recover your existing user ID and password.

How do I update my email preferences?

Visit the email preferences page to opt in or out of different email categories and to be sure that the Alumnae Association has your current email address.
