Congratulations to poet Anna Ross '97 of Dorchester, winner of this year's New Women's Voices Prize in Poetry! The prize is awarded annually by Finishing Line Press to a woman who has yet to publish a full-length book, in order to promote both her voice and the voices of women poets in general.

Anna's book, Hawk Weather, explores the link between the human and natural world - how we find our lives reflected in our surroundings and the give and take that results. It is available at finishinglinepress.com under “New and Forthcoming Titles”. Anna has moved back to Massachusetts recently...get in touch at annavqross@earthlink.net.
