SUMMARY:Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me! (Chicago)
DESCRIPTION:Join Chicago’s Seven Sisters College Consortium to attend a taping of Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me! \nHosted by Harvard graduate Peter Sagal\, Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me! is National Public Radio’s (NPR) popular weekly hour-long quiz program. Bill Kurtis has replaced Carl Kasell as judge and scorekeeper. Different panelists and special guests are part of the shows. Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me! can be heard on WBEZ 91.5 on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and podcasts can be downloaded from the npr.org website. While the program airs for an hour\, tapings take over two hours and include humorous banter among the host\, panelists\, and audience members that is not heard on the edited broadcasts. The Seven Sisters College Consortium has obtained a block of coveted tickets to a show that often sells out. We look forward to an evening of networking\, fun\, and laughter. \nPlease be at the Chase Bank Auditorium no later than 6:30 p.m. so we can be seated as a group. Chase Auditorium is on the lower level of the Chase Bank Building and is accessible from both the Clark Street and Dearborn Street entrances. \nReservations accepted on a first-come\, first-served basis. There will be no refunds. To reserve your space (no later than August 28\, 2014)\, please contact the MHC Club of Chicago. Guests are welcome.
