SUMMARY:Volunteer at the Oregon Food Bank (Portland)
DESCRIPTION:Please join the MHC club of Portland at the Oregon Food Bank’s Portland Volunteer Action Center\, where we will repackage bulk food donations into family-sized portions for people in need throughout Oregon. Please note that our volunteer work will involve standing\, squatting\, lifting\, and pulling. If you are unable to attend this event\, but are planning to attend the happy hour on November 7 or the book club meeting on November 17\, please consider bringing a donation of a most wanted food item and we will bring it to the OFB on November 21. \nPlease RSVP via email to mhcpdxclub@gmail.com at your earliest convenience and no later than November 14 with your full name and a name and telephone number of an emergency contact.
