SUMMARY:Club of Kansas City Potluck Picnic
DESCRIPTION:FOURTH ANNUAL POTLUCK PICNIC on Sat AUGUST 15th\, 12:30 pm until ? \nOur summer event will be a potluck picnic at Shawnee Mission Park Shelter #5 (same one as last year.). Families are encouraged to attend. We’d love to see some of you who haven’t been able to come to previous events. We will welcome newly enrolled students from our area to Mount Holyoke if they can come! We hope our current student and recent graduates will be able to attend. The shelter will protect us from blazing sun or mild rain. You will bring your own main dish. A grill will be available for hamburgers\, hot dogs\, or grilled veggie items\, or you can bring a cold item such as sandwiches\, cold chicken\, or wraps to enjoy for you and your guests. \nPlease sign up to bring the side or dessert of your choice to share: \nSide dishes: (e.g. coleslaw\, salads\, chips & dip\, beans\, fruit) \nDesserts: (e.g. cookies\, brownies\, cake\, and pie.) \nWe recommend putting the ingredients on any side dish or dessert on a card. \nOne of the officers will provide the makings for S’mores on the grill. \nShould you have a dietary restriction feel free to bring items that will meet your requirements. \nOfficers will bring plates\, cups\, utensils\, ice chest\, ice\, napkins\, table cloths\, drinks (tea\, soda\, water)\, aluminum foil\, paper towels\, skewers\, grilling utensils\, charcoal\, matches and condiments (salt\, pepper\, ketchup\, mustard\, pickles\, relish\, etc.) \nDirections will be posted on our website: www.mtholyoke.edu/~ebartlet/kcalum.html \nPlease reply by August 7 to Libby Bartlett with # in your party via ebartlet@gmail.com or 913-707-0357 \n
