Women in today’s workplace at all levels are striving to increase their level of confidence—whether as interns in a new organizations or senior partners at a law firm. \nBased upon research in the field\, Wendy Swire ’85 will outline the top strategies to understand what causes the confidence gap for women. She will draw upon the work of journalists Shipman and Kay as well as new information from the field of neuroscience.
