Women in today’s workplace at all levels are striving to increase their level of confidence—whether as interns in a new organizations or senior partners at a law firm. \nBased upon research in the field\, Wendy Swire ’85 will outline the top strategies to understand what causes the confidence gap for women. She will draw upon the work of journalists Shipman and Kay as well as new information from the field of neuroscience. DESCRIPTION:Join the Mount Holyoke Club of Boston in celebrating the 30th anniversary of Dirty Dancing as it returns to the big screen! \nPurchase your tickets online as soon as you can as this is a public event and tickets are selling very quickly! \nOnce at the cinema website\, select January 29 and then the 2:00 p.m. showing to purchase your tickets. Tickets are $12.50 plus a $2.00 convenience fee. \nMeet fellow alumnae near the concession stand (we’ll be recognizable) between 1:30 and 2:00 and\, if there’s interest\, we can go out together after the show! We are currently planning to walk over to the Yardehouse afterwards.
