The executive director reports to the Board of Directors of the Alumnae Association and has administrative and budgetary responsibility for operations of the organization. She is responsible for creative and collaborative leadership to enhance the Association’s partnership with the College and to foster engagement and support diversity among all alums. The executive director leads strategic planning of the Association and Board of Directors in accordance with the mission of the Association.
Assistant to the Executive Director
The assistant to the executive director reports to and provides administrative support for the executive director, renders support to the president of the board of directors and committee volunteers, acts in the role of office manager, and serves as the liaison for the Alumnae Fellowships program and its supporting committee.
Financial Analyst & Programs Specialist Staff Liaison, Finance Committee
The financial analyst reports to the executive director and oversees accounts receivable and payable, assists with the preparation and use of the annual budget, and prepares financials. Key person for the annual audit and submits 990NEZ for classes and clubs.

The editor of the Alumnae Quarterly/senior associate director of communications of marketing of Mount Holyoke College reports to the executive director and is responsible for setting direction for and implementation of editorial and visual direction of the Alumnae Quarterly magazine that supports the strategic goals of the Alumnae Association and Mount Holyoke College and that resonates with readers. In addition, the editor/senior associate director of communications and marketing is responsible for leading the strategic direction for other Alumnae Association content and messaging to enhance the image and branding of the Alumnae Association and to convey the benefits of membership to an increasingly diverse population.

The marketing and communications associate reports to the senior associate director of marketing and communications, serves as class notes editor for the Alumnae Quarterly and manages more than 100 class scribes, in addition to serving as copyeditor for all marketing materials and serving as the marketing and communications team project manager.

The director of engagement reports to the executive director and is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of programs and services that engage Mount Holyoke’s diverse, global, multi-generational community of 39,000 alums.

Associate Director of Groups and Clubs
Staff Liaison, Clubs and Groups Committee
The associate director of groups and clubs reports to the director of engagement. The associate director works to foster a vibrant and engaged global network of Mount Holyoke alums through regional clubs and affinity groups both virtually and in person. The role provides organizational guidance and support for regional alum clubs and affinity groups, coordinates and collaborates on group and club programming, and contributes to strategic planning for groups and clubs.
