Job Description
The executive director reports to the Board of Directors of the Alumnae Association and has administrative and budgetary responsibility for operations of the organization. She is responsible for creative and collaborative leadership to enhance the Association’s partnership with the College and to foster engagement and support diversity among all alumnae. The executive director leads strategic planning of the Association and Board of Directors in accordance with the mission of the Association.

Job Description
The finance specialist reports to the executive director and oversees accounts receivable and payable, assists with the preparation and use of the annual budget, and maintains financial files for the annual report. The senior director of alumnae engagement reports to the executive director and is responsible for providing alumnae volunteers with a positive and cohesive experience, strategic planning and implementation, and leading programs and projects in order to effectively engage alumnae. The senior director is also responsible for overseeing the execution of core programming, including but not limited to, classes and reunion, geographic-based activities, international and on-campus conferences and symposia, alumnae-student events/initiatives, and volunteer trainings.
