Job Description
The executive director reports to the Board of Directors of the Alumnae Association and has administrative and budgetary responsibility for operations of the organization. She is responsible for creative and collaborative leadership to enhance the Association’s partnership with the College and to foster engagement and support diversity among all alums. The executive director leads strategic planning of the Association and Board of Directors in accordance with the mission of the Association.

Job Description
The editor of the Alumnae Quarterly/senior associate director of communications of marketing of Mount Holyoke College reports to the executive director and is responsible for setting direction for and implementation of editorial and visual direction of the Alumnae Quarterly magazine that supports the strategic goals of the Alumnae Association and Mount Holyoke College and that resonates with readers. In addition, the editor/senior associate director of communications and marketing is responsible for leading the strategic direction for other Alumnae Association content and messaging to enhance the image and branding of the Alumnae Association and to convey the benefits of membership to an increasingly diverse population.

The associate director of on-campus programs reports to the director of engagement. The associate director coordinates all logistics of annual reunions, mini-reunions, the annual reunion volunteer training conference and on campus events.  She also serves as the primary point of contact for reunion planners and alum class officers, in addition, provides ongoing support to all classes.
