Club Meeting (Central Ohio)

The theme for the March MHC club of Central Ohio get-together is “All Things Irish.” Does your family tree have roots in Ireland? Maybe you spent a semester in Limerick, or backpacked through the Irish countryside one summer? Is there a special piece of Belleek, Waterford, or other keepsake that has been passed down through your family? Please come and share your stories! Perhaps you have a fondness for Irish authors and can recommend some great reads. Or, you’re an economist who can explain the “Irish Miracle” of the early 2000s. Several local alums have been to Ireland in the past year, and have great travel tips and pictures to share with us, as we enjoy Irish-influenced nibbles. (Meg Teaford ’67 has promised homemade soda bread!)
