Description of Birthday List

Contains name, address, and birthday (mm/dd). Available in Excel format.

Description of Deceased Member List

Shows undergraduate name, mailing name, and date of death.

Description of Volunteer List

Shows current and/or former Alumnae Association/College volunteers; may be helpful to the club and club nominating committee.

Description of Employment Report

Shows home contact information and current employment.

Description of Contact List

Contact information for active alumnae (undergraduate name, current name, class year, home address, secondary address, effective dates, phone and email) displays in two columns when printed or delivered as a PDF file. It is also available in Excel format.

Description of Mailing File

An Excel file for creating your own mailing labels or mail merge. Includes current name, undergraduate name, class year, current address and email. This file is only delivered via e-mail and not postal mail.
