Club of Central and Northern Arizona Ivy Council Dover Quarter Performance (Paradise Valley, AZ)

Come hear the internationally renowned Dover Quartet make a special appearance in Phoenix on Saturday, February 6, 2016.  The Phoenix Ivy Council is partnering with the Phoenix Chamber Music Society to host a free social event providing a chance to meet members of the Dover Quartet from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.* prior to the concert that will start at 8:00 p.m.  The Dover Quartet’s popularity has sky-rocketed following a stunning sweep of all four prizes in the Banff International String Quartet Competition, becoming one of the most in-demand string quartet ensembles in the world.  The Dover Quartet recently commenced a three-year residency at the Northwestern University Bienen School of Music.

Please register for both the free reception and then register separately to purchase tickets to the concert event.

For the concert, the string quartet will play pieces from three composers: Mozart Quartet in B-flat, K. 458, Dutilleux Ansi la Nuit and Beethoven Quartet in F Major, Op. 59 No.1.
