Labyrinth Discussion with Beth Burnham Mace ’79 (Weston, MA)

April 13, 2014 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Walking an Ancient Path in the Modern World: My Life-Changing Journey with the Labyrinth

Please join us (the MHC Club of the Western Suburbs) as Beth Burnham Mace ’79 takes us on an incredible journey! She will present the history of the labyrinth, share her own story of discovery with it, and lead a group walk on a labyrinth. The labyrinth is an ancient path that has been around for thousands of years. It has been revived as a spiritual, meditative, and healing tool in the last twenty years and is used today in church, prison, school, college, hospital, and outdoor settings. It’s quite marvelous—in fact, Mount Holyoke now owns its own painted canvas labyrinth. We invite you to bring a friend and come with an open heart. For more information about labyrinths, please check out the Labyrinth Guild of New England.

RSVP by Friday, April 11, to Kristina Peduto at 978-502-0058.
