The Global Fork, Responsible and Delicious Eating (MHC)

The MHC club of the Pioneer Valley joins with the Miller Worley Center for the Environment for an evening with “The Organic Gourmet” chef Leslie Cerier. For more than twenty-five years, Leslie has been teaching culinary nutrition and vegetarian cooking, and writing cookbooks focused on eating local, seasonal, organic foods that are good for you and good for the planet. Cookbooks will be available for purchase. Join the club for dinner in South Hadley before the event. Pay-as-you-go. Location to be announced by invitation.
