How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information via the online directory. You must register to access the directory. If you would prefer not to register, please email your updated information to Alumnae Information Services or call (413) 538-2303.

How do I register for the Association's online services?

You are automatically given the opportunity to register, if you haven’t already, when you try to access any password-protected online service. To register, you will need to obtain a security ID, which can be found on the address label of your latest Alumnae Quarterly magazine. You can also submit a request form or call (413) 538-2303 to obtain your security ID. Once you have your ID, go to

Follow the registration steps:

Step 1 will allow you to search for your record. All fields are required. If you are having trouble finding your record, email or call (413) 538-2303.

Step 2 will ask you to confirm your email address, create a username and password, and set up a security question and answer. You must agree to the terms and conditions of use by checking the “ box. Be sure to click the “Register my account” button in order to fully complete the registration process. If you do not click this button, you will not be registered. If you have previously registered on our website, you will be directed to a link to recover your existing user ID and password.

What is the Career Directory and how do I join?

The Career Directory is a section of the online directory that enables alumnae and current students to locate one another, get in touch, and stay connected—through all the transitions of life. All alumnae are automatically included in the Career Directory. To opt out, please visit the Alumnae Information section of your profile.

How do I sign up for the Alumnae Stay program?

The Alumnae Stay Program provides free, short-term housing to MHC students and alumnae who are traveling in pursuit of academic and professional growth. To sign up as a host, please fill out the field in the Alumnae Information section of your profile. Please note: If you opt to participate in the Alumnae Stay Program, current MHC students will have access to your contact information and may contact you directly.
