  • List of Officers/Volunteers for July 1, 2017-June 30, 2018.

    List all officers/volunteers, even if they are appointed rather than elected and even if they are continuing on from last year. The list you submit via this form will replace last year’s list in our computer records.

    For each position, please include first and last name with class year. If there are co-officers/co-volunteers for a position, select + to add them. Positions below can be left blank, if they do not apply to your club or group.

    If you are the only volunteer for your club or group, please list yourself as the President/Contact.
