Club of the Piedmont Cooking Class (Chapel Hill, NC)

Please join us for the Mount Holyoke Club of the Piedmont fall event, a private cooking class at Southern Season in Chapel Hill. Social time begins at 10:30 a.m. and the class will start at 11:00 a.m.
Our menu will be inspired by the acclaimed cookbook (and 2016 James Beard Foundation award nominee) Lighten Up Y’All: Classic Southern Recipes Made Health and Wholesome by Virginia Willis
Menu:
Hot Mess Spinach and Feta Dip
Creamed Corn Stuffed Tomatoes
Salmon Patties with Lemon Caper Sauce
Lemon Chia Seed Cake
Plus two optional wine pours, water, and iced tea
