Photo Contest: Balance

Balance: How You See It

We want to see your photographs about balance, and we will select at least one for publication in the Alumnae Quarterly.

Show us, what does balance mean to you? How do you portray balance visually? How do you live it, observe it, despise it, crave it?

Submit your original photo by March 15, 2020. Photo(s) selected for publication will appear in the summer 2020 issue.

Photographs will be evaluated for:

  • Appropriateness/Expression of Theme and Overall Impression/Impact
  • Originality and uniqueness of concept
  • Creativity, composition and overall artistic impression and visual appeal
  • Technical execution of submission including lighting, exposure and focus
