No. We will not offer COVID-19 testing on campus. Some vaccinated alums may want to test prior to coming to campus, depending on personal preference and comfort levels.
An attendee who tests positive while at Reunion will need to report the positive test via email to reunion_registration-g@mtholyoke.edu and will be asked to leave campus.
We have not yet made a decision about virtual programming, as we are currently planning an in-person event. As plans are refined and decisions are made, we will update this page and communicate any new developments to reunion chairs and officers. A schedule of all Reunion programming will be available soon.
If circumstances change and we pivot to a virtual experience, we will communicate any changes to attendees via email and update our website. Your class reunion chairs and officers will also be notified of any significant changes.
Please know that we celebrated successful virtual Reunions in 2020 and 2021, and our focus will be on facilitating meaningful classmate connections and featuring intellectually stimulating, meaningful presentations by faculty and staff.
If the Alumnae Association and Mount Holyoke College pivots to a virtual Reunion, all registered attendees will receive a full refund. Please note, the Alumnae Association is unable to refund travel expenses or any costs associated with off-campus housing. For more information regarding our Reunion refund policy, visit our Reunion FAQ.
We encourage alums to make travel reservations that are fully refundable in case personal circumstances change or Reunion 2022 becomes a virtual celebration.
