Mount Holyoke is planning for an in-person Reunion on campus in May 2022. Please be aware that Reunion programming may change due to public health and safety measures, and we will adapt as needed. We will continue to update these FAQs as needed and encourage you to check back often. Your class reunion chairs and officers will also be notified of any significant changes.
Currently, face coverings are required in all indoor locations other than in dining venues while eating or drinking. We will follow the College’s guidelines for the current campus operating mode, which includes detailed instructions regarding face coverings. Reunion registration will open March 8, 2022, for most classes. Visit our Reunion FAQ page for answers to specific registration questions.
Yes. All Reunion attendees, including alums, partners, spouses, children and any other guests will be considered visitors and will be expected to follow these guidelines. Please note that those who are eligible must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test at check-in upon arrival on campus. Those who are not yet eligible for a vaccination — currently children under age 5 — must show proof of a negative test. Learn more about the College’s guest and visitor policy.
There are a limited number of single rooms available. Please visit our housing page to learn about room accommodations.
Meals will be served both indoors at the Dining Commons and at Willits-Hallowell Conference Center and outside. Face coverings will not be required during meals. Learn more about meals during Reunion on our Reunion FAQ.
Reunion attendees will be able to access their headquarters dorm via OneCard. See our FAQ for more details about building access, including access to Kendall Sports and Dance Complex and the Dining Commons.
No. We will not offer COVID-19 testing on campus. Some vaccinated alums may want to test prior to coming to campus, depending on personal preference and comfort levels.
An attendee who tests positive while at Reunion will need to report the positive test via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be asked to leave campus.
We have not yet made a decision about virtual programming, as we are currently planning an in-person event. As plans are refined and decisions are made, we will update this page and communicate any new developments to reunion chairs and officers. A schedule of all Reunion programming will be available soon.
If circumstances change and we pivot to a virtual experience, we will communicate any changes to attendees via email and update our website. Your class reunion chairs and officers will also be notified of any significant changes.
Please know that we celebrated successful virtual Reunions in 2020 and 2021, and our focus will be on facilitating meaningful classmate connections and featuring intellectually stimulating, meaningful presentations by faculty and staff.
If the Alumnae Association and Mount Holyoke College pivots to a virtual Reunion, all registered attendees will receive a full refund. Please note, the Alumnae Association is unable to refund travel expenses or any costs associated with off-campus housing. For more information regarding our Reunion refund policy, visit our Reunion FAQ.
We encourage alums to make travel reservations that are fully refundable in case personal circumstances change or Reunion 2022 becomes a virtual celebration.
