Rev. Dr. Susan Cartmell ’75 has been the senior minister of The Congregational Church of Needham, Massachusetts, since 1998. She has written for Christian Century, Upper Room, and Lectionary Homiletics. Ordained in 1982, she has served two other UCC Congregations in Massachusetts before going to Needham. She lives in Boston with her wife, Rev. Peggy O’Connor.
