2017 Reunion Class Events and Activities Form
Please use this form to submit your schedule of class-planned events and your space/equipment requests. (All space/equipment reservations need to be made through the Alumnae Association; please do not contact other College departments to make these reservations). Consult page 19 of the Reunion Planning Handbook for information about equipment provided in each dorm.
Review the information on pages 12–14 of the Reunion Planning Handbook for information about activities and event times planned by the Association and College, and to see the slots open for class events.
Also keep in mind the default times for class events:
Friday Dinner: After 6:00 p.m.; HQ dorm living room (Reunion 2 classes are encouraged to attend the Alumnae and Faculty reception from 5:00–6:00 p.m.)
Saturday Class meeting: 4:00–5:00 p.m.; HQ dorm living room
Saturday Social Hour: 5:30–6:30 p.m.; HQ dorm living room
Saturday Dinner: 6:30–8:00 p.m.; HQ dorm dining room or other assigned location.
