This website offers Alumnae Association volunteers a variety of resources with which to do their work—whether it be for an upcoming reunion or a regional club event. Thanks to the dedication and hard work of more than 2,000 active alumnae volunteers, Mount Holyoke College is better able to advance its goals and values. Thank you for all that you do for Mount Holyoke and the Alumnae Association!
How to Volunteer
Alumnae Association
Get involved in the excitement of planning your next reunion, connect with other dynamic MHC alumnae by joining or starting a club in your area, open your home to a traveling MHC student or alumna, or become a career contact for a current student. Alumnae strengthen the Association, the College, and themselves by becoming volunteers and we invite you to volunteer today.
Advancement
Help keep the College fiscally strong so that we may continue to offer the extraordinary resources that distinguish a Mount Holyoke education. Dedicated volunteers work with Advancement staff to encourage alumnae support of the College, from giving to The Mount Holyoke Fund to making planned or special gifts. Contact an Advancement staff member to learn how you can help MHC raise funds and remain a leader in women’s education.
Admission
» Apply to be an Alumnae Volunteer for Admission
The Alumna Admission Representative (AAR) is the head coordinator of the alumnae admission volunteers (Assistants) in her region, and the liaison to the club in her region (if one exists). She receives lists of prospective and admitted students from her region, along with pertinent updates from Admission. The AAR distributes requests for interviews in her area, and serves as the contact for local college fair coverage when an admission director cannot cover a fair. Very often she is simply contacting her Assistants who have indicated that they want to cover fairs and/or interviews to see if they are available.
